What does it cost?
You are charged by the hour, with a cap so a single rental cannot exceed a set daily amount. Rates differ by country, so the app shows the exact rate and the cap before you release a bank — nothing is charged until you confirm.
Do I have to return it where I got it?
No. Any Perun station with a free slot will take it. The rental ends when the bank clicks into place, wherever that is.
What if the station is full when I try to return it?
The app shows free slots per station on the map, so you can pick one before you set off. If you arrive and the station is full, contact support and we will sort out the billing.
Which phones does it work with?
Every bank has USB-C and Lightning cables attached, which covers current iPhones and effectively all modern Android phones.
Is a hold placed on my card?
Yes. When you start a rental Perun authorises an amount on your card rather than charging it. When you return the bank the authorisation is released and only the actual rental amount is taken.
What happens if I keep the bank?
Charging continues up to the daily cap for as long as you hold it. If a bank is never returned it is treated as a purchase at the capped amount.
